Nasco come creativo, ma negli anni ho sviluppato un approccio strutturato, tecnico e sistemico all'innovazione. Il mare, i porti e la mobilità costiera non sono per me solo scenari geografici: sono infrastrutture vive, complesse, spesso frammentate e ancora poco integrate digitalmente.
Odyboat nasce da questa consapevolezza.
Sto costruendo un'infrastruttura digitale per l'organizzazione intelligente dei flussi turistici costieri e crocieristici. Non una semplice app, ma un sistema operativo capace di connettere porto, territorio, operatori locali e visitatori in un'unica architettura coordinata.
Il primo verticale che sto sviluppando è Cruise Flow: un modello operativo pensato per gestire in modo strutturato lo sbarco dei passeggeri delle navi da crociera, ridurre congestione e disordine, valorizzare l'offerta locale e distribuire i flussi in modo più sostenibile.
Siamo stati selezionati da BlueInvest come progetto ad alto potenziale nell'ambito della blue economy europea saremo presenti al BlueInvest Day 2026 con uno spazio espositivo dedicato e classificati come progetto ad alto potenziale Inoltre, siamo stati selezionati per partecipare a Enter Academy Next Gen 2026, percorso che rafforza ulteriormente la validazione strategica del progetto.

Sto lavorando su un progetto pilota nel Golfo di La Spezia, con una visione di espansione verso altri porti strategici. Il modello è progettato per essere modulare, conforme ai vincoli normativi della navigazione e sostenibile dal punto di vista operativo ed economico.

I am Raffaele Moscagiuro, founder of Odyboat.
I come from a creative background, but over the years I have developed a structured, technical and systemic approach to innovation. The sea, ports and coastal mobility are not just geographic settings to me: they are living, complex infrastructures, often fragmented and still insufficiently digitally integrated.
Odyboat was born from this awareness.
I am building a digital infrastructure for the intelligent organization of coastal and cruise tourism flows. Not just an app, but an operating system capable of connecting ports, territories, local operators and visitors within a single coordinated architecture.
The first vertical I am developing is Cruise Flow: an operational model designed to manage cruise passenger disembarkation in a structured way, reduce congestion and disorder, enhance local offerings and distribute flows more sustainably.
We have been selected by BlueInvest as a high-potential project within the European blue economy and we will be present at the BlueInvest Day 2026 with a dedicated exhibition space, officially classified as a high-potential project. In addition, we have been selected to participate in Enter Academy Next Gen 2026, a program that further strengthens the strategic validation of the project.
My goal is not to create an isolated service, but an orchestrating platform.
Odyboat integrates operators, time slots, destinations, data and performance metrics into a measurable, replicable and scalable system.
I am currently working on a pilot project in the Gulf of La Spezia, with a vision of expanding to other strategic ports. The model is designed to be modular, compliant with maritime regulatory constraints, and sustainable from both an operational and economic perspective.
I believe in concrete innovation: fewer abstract promises, more structure.
Less theory for its own sake, more real implementation.
