From an organised ship to a fragmented shore.
Thousands of passengers go ashore within a few hours. We study what happens in that window and design a digital layer that connects ship, port and territory during the call.

On board, everything is coordinated. Ashore, everyone works on their own.
What is realistically possible ashore?
Timing, transport and crowding change with every call. Passengers decide in minutes, often with incomplete information.
Thousands of people, a divided ecosystem
Mobility, attractions and information are not coordinated around that call. Port, city and operators each see only part of it.
Choosing well without missing the ship
All-aboard time does not move. The last hour concentrates traffic and stress for passengers, terminals and cruise lines.
Meanwhile, European ports are aligning their digitalisation investments towards 2030.
A digital layer between ship, port and territory
Passenger interface
A digital window on the port call: what to do, how to move and when to return, in the real time of the stop.
Port interface
A digital window on shore-side flows, to coordinate transport, operators and services during the call.
A working prototype of the passenger interface is shown in guided sessions to qualified stakeholders.
Before building, we studied the port call.
We have read and checked international research on flows, spending, mobility and governance in cruise ports. The summaries are open to everyone, with sources and links.
We listen to ports and operators before scaling.
We are talking with cruise terminals, port authorities and maritime operators to validate problems and priorities. We claim no completed pilot, no commercial traction and no secured investment.
Do you recognise these problems in your port call?
We want to hear your perspective. We can arrange a meeting or a private presentation.
